- 1,010 total hours
Course Description
This programme trains qualified Social and Healthcare Workers (OSS) to operate across a variety of care settings: residential facilities, home-based services, community hospitals, and disability services. Participants develop technical-operational, relational, and organisational skills to support vulnerable individuals in daily living activities, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and respond to the growing needs of the local social and healthcare system.
The programme aims to train operators able to assist non-self-sufficient individuals in activities of daily living, work safely in residential and home-based settings, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the definition of Individual Care Plans, and use new assistive technologies. Upon completion, participants obtain the regional qualification as Social and Healthcare Worker (EQF Level 3), valid throughout Italy.
